About the Role

1. Act as the first point of contact for the CEO with internal and external clients.

2. Handle incoming requests and queries appropriately.

3. Manage the CEO’s diary, schedule meetings and appointments, and provide reminders.

4. Book and manage complex travel arrangements.

5. Develop and maintain an efficient documentation and filing system.

6. Produce reports, presentations, and briefs as needed.

7. Can travel with the CEO across the Native State.

Requirements

1. Experienced 3+ years.

2. Comprehensive understanding of office management systems and applications.

3. Exceptional planning and time management skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

4. Discretion and confidentiality.

5. A qualification as a PA is advantageous.

6. Graduation/ Post- graduate (MBA) is required.
